Every single component we manufacture is engineered and made right here in the United States of America. We use American machines and American raw materials. From our precision extended bolt releases, recoil-taming brakes and assemblies to our CNC machined parts, we deliver durability, and high performance mission ready equipment for operators and foreign militaries. Some of which has been battle tested by warfighters.
Our components are designed for manufacture (DFM) on the latest modeling software. We manufacture tens of thousands of our own products as well as components for defense organizations. Phase 5 WSI is currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) GS-07F-0403M, CAGE code 6MGP3, and we are ITAR compliant.
We’ve earned a solid reputation for our ability to hand fabricate and modify vehicles, hardware systems, chassis, breaching equipment, and small weapon systems at a moment’s notice. We have fabricated, modified, or developed complex ready to use components and systems overnight. Yes, overnight. We have been called on to develop and make NV lighting weapon mounts within days, not weeks or months. We have modified SWAT Bearcats in a couple of hours while the team leads waited or participated in the solution process.
Phase 5 has more than 20 US Patents and a variety of evolving prototypes of weapon concepts that remain in the dark. Between Phase 5, Agency 6, and Ken’s special project expertise, we are the development lab that operators and inventors seek out. From weapons, vehicle recovery equipment, and tools, we innovate where possible. We work with steels, alloys, plastics, carbon fiber, and just about any material.
